I agree with your first statement that there are no human vampires though I do believe that all vampires are human, in as much as they are present on this plane of existence. But liking the taste of blood does not make a person a vampire, I like the taste myself but can in no way I believe be considered as a vampire or even one who thinks themselves a vampire.



In response to the question in your second paragraph, I say that no that does not make one a vampire but I suspect that should that exact circumstance exist then fake fang wearing would be the least of your trouble.
